What to expect
Is the initial consultation really free?
Yes. The first 30-minute consultation is completely free and carries no obligation. We use it to understand your situation and give you an honest assessment of whether we are the right fit.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on the scope of work. A full timetable build from brief to delivery typically takes 8–14 weeks. Targeted engagements — such as clash resolution or utilisation analysis — can be completed in 2–4 weeks.
Do you work with schools outside Victoria?
Yes. We work with secondary colleges across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland, and we are familiar with the VCE, HSC, and QCE curriculum frameworks.
What timetabling software do you work with?
We are software-agnostic. We have worked with Timetabler, Edval, Compass, and a range of other platforms. Our methodology is independent of the software — we focus on the structural and strategic decisions that the software then implements.
